A propper load of Kimchi

Well it has been almost a year now since this happened, but still it's an impressive view to see, and also we'll probably repeat it this year anyway.

So, if your agriculture-cooperative somehow manages to mess up the simple order: "Can you grow the cabbage for our sauerkraut production?" by instead planting chinese cabbage (no biggie, but how the...?), there's only one thing you can do - Get real with Kimchi!

It's exactly what happened last year at Vetterhof ( and it was great fun as you can see. At the end of a days work full of chopping, punching, grinding, mixing and what not, about 500kg of Kimchi were ready to start bubbling.
